CHANGING LIVES, ONE CLIENT AT A TIME - I became a Real Estate Representative because I wanted to do something that allowed me to connect to and work with people in a meaningful way. I LOVE what I do for a living and find it very rewarding and I’d like to think that I am changing lives, one client at a time.

I was born in Portugal and immigrated to Canada at the age of six and I was raised with a very strong work ethic and understanding of the value of family. I feel blessed to have landed in this incredible country that I now call home.

I am a mom of two amazing kids that keep me grounded and are always teaching me something new. As committed as I am to my family, I am equally committed to helping my clients whether they are buying or selling a home. I understand that the buying and selling process can be a stressful time therefore, I am there every step of the way.

As a Master Level Accredited Senior Agent, a special focus of my business is working with senior clients and their families. With years of experience, knowledge and expertise in working with the downsizing demographic, I can provide my clients with peace of mind that the process will be a smooth and stress-free experience.

My purpose is two-fold: to use my knowledge and experience to simplify the real estate process and make it enjoyable and rewarding for my clients; and accompany my clients through the often complicated and always emotional process of buying or selling a home.

With my expanding market knowledge, my negotiating experience, and extensive professional network, I can obtain the best possible value for my clients while ensuring they feel supported and at home during the process.

Authenticity - I believe in and focus on educating my clients on market conditions and how they affect their current decisions. I also advise and recommend trusted suppliers and services often needed during the process to ensure they get the best deal and ensure their peace of mind.

Patience - Purchasing a home is a big investment and involves many important considerations for my clients and their families; none of which should be rushed or taken lightly. Selling a home, particularly if it’s a place full of life long memories, can be challenging. I understand this and will be there to provide support and guidance at every step.
